Our Program
FSL Foundation’s 24-Week Wellness Program is a comprehensive journey designed to empower individuals from underserved communities to take control of their health and well-being. By addressing physical, mental, and emotional wellness, this program provides the tools, education, and support necessary for participants to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. The program is tailored to combat challenges such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression, fostering a healthier, happier community.

Phase 1
Foundation Building (Weeks 1-8)
